Do you Offer/Sell Pets, or only Pet Products?

We do not sell pets. Our store only provides products and essentials that pets need. If you’re looking to adopt, we encourage you to reach out to your local NGOs, Or Contact

When can I expect my online order to be delivered?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or expired?

We take utmost care to ensure that no expired products are stocked or shipped. If you notice that the package is damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend you do not accept it from the delivery executive.

However, if you have already received the product, please contact us at info@petmedicine.co within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear images of the damaged product, outer box, shipping label, and invoice so our team can assist you promptly.

What are the modes of payment we accept?

How much of Medicine shall I feed my Dog / Cat?

Shipping and Order Tracking

How soon can I expect delivery after placing an order?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 1–4 working days, depending on your location. For NCR addresses, delivery is completed within 1–2 business days, subject to stock availability at our Gurgaon warehouse. A tracking link is shared via email. Return Exchange and Cancellation

Which products can be Exchanged or Returned?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following (unless the item is received damaged or spoiled):

  • Edible and perishable products such as food and treats

  • Beds, crates, and carriers

  • Dog and cat toys

  • Dog pads/diapers

  • Medicines and supplements

  • Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices

Additionally, returns/exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The request is raised after 7 business days from delivery

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse/overuse

  • The product is returned without original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories, or if the packaging is damaged

How can I cancel an order I placed online?

Yes, cancellations are allowed before the product is dispatched. You can cancel your order directly on our website or by emailing us at sales@petmedicine.co.

How does your Refund Policy work?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Petmedicine.co reserves the right to accept or decline cancellation requests at its discretion. If your cancellation is approved and the order has not been processed, the full amount will be refunded within 15–20 working days.
